#014: Morga

Morga was the first Youma to appear in the show, while also being one of the few monsters to appear in the manga. Because of this, she's one of the more famous monsters from the series' history. She disguises herself as Naru's mother, and uses the family's jewelry store as a base of operations.

In part because of her status as the show's first monster, Morga's design is sort of generic compared to her successors. She was still a lot of fun to draw, though. The weird and colorful monster designs were one of the main reasons I decided to embark on this project, and while we're starting off simple with Morga, there's much more weirdness to come.
