#108: Blizzar

Blizzar was the Youma form of skier Saeko Yamamoto, charged by Kunzite with finding Sailor Moon's true identity via a skiing contest. Her powers were mainly ice-based, enabling her to freeze a person instantly and create avalanches and chasms in the ground. She wielded a sharpened icicle spear as weapon.

There's something of the S season to this Youma and the silliness of her design; it's the snowman-boobs that do it, honestly. She's also the tallest chibi so far, I think, due to that thing her hair does. The thing that bothers me most about this design is that the "ears" on her slippers (which are only seen briefly) are green, and I can't figure out why. They appear more than once, so it's not an animation error, and it's a shade of green not used anywhere else on the character, so it has to be intentional. But why?
