Description
As suggested a while back by ~Dark-elfa, here's an image of just the Youma. Rather than just making a version of the poster with fewer chibis, I decided to try something a bit different, and here we have an official document from the Tokyo police's Public Safety Bureau regarding the Youma threat. Not that they can do much other than wait for the Sailor Senshi to show up...

I can actually determine the strength of the 4 Generals by how their minions (aside from the Seven Great Youma, Thetis and the D.D Girls) are in proportion to being humans. Jadeite are closer to monsters with a vaguely humanoid form with Murid being the closest, but failing due to her uncanny valley appearance. Zoisite's minions are closer to the humanoid form, but still fall short on a few areas, Nephrite are even more humanoid, but have an extra feature that prevents them from being completely human while Kunzite's are pretty much bizarrely dressed humans with a cosmetic difference in skin tone.
